Cancellation: In rare cases where the vendor or brand no longer has the item available for pre-order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, you will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full. Otherwise, once the deposit has been made, cancellations are not accepted as we place the order directly with the vendor in Vietnam on your behalf.
