Pre-Order Policy

1. Availability We are now accepting pre-orders for select products/brands through Facebook and Instagram. Please message us directly on our social media platforms.

2. Shipping Timeframe: 

The estimated delivery time for pre-order items may vary depending on the vendor, shipment process, and other uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions, holidays, events, or unexpected delays that may affect the delivery timeline.

The estimated arrival date will be provided and announced at the time of pre-order.

3. Return and Exchange: Please be aware that all pre-orders are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review the product details before placing your order.

4. CancellationIn rare cases where the vendor or brand no longer has the item available for pre-order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, you will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full. Otherwise, once the deposit has been made, cancellations are not accepted as we place the order directly with the vendor in Vietnam on your behalf.

5. Holding Period:

Once the pre-order product(s) arrive in the U.S., we will notify you and request payment before shipping your order.

We will hold your item(s) for 7 days (1 week) starting from the date and time (California Time Zone) that the arrival notification is sent. If payment is not completed within this holding period, the item(s) will be released and sold to another customer.

Please note that after the 7-day holding period expires, the order will be considered canceled, and any pre-order payment or deposit will not be refunded.

6. Customer Account Restriction:

Customers who fail to complete payment within the 7-day holding period after receiving the product arrival notification may have their pre-order privileges revoked. We reserve the right to refuse future orders or services from customers who do not complete payment within the required timeframe.
