Refund/ Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused items within 3 days of the shipment arrival. Additionally, we kindly request that you provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment within 7 days of receiving the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at info.goncollect@gmail.com to let us know what you want to return. Please let us know why you want to return the items so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address. If you can, please also include your Order Number in your return shipment. Note that returns address will provide when you send us an email with order number.
Is there a provided return label?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please also try to use USPS First Class when returning as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs around $4-$9 for anything under 13oz. Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your return. Our team will then review your return package and we generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost of your order. We’ll send you another e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.
What's about Free Gift included in package?
All free gifts included in the original purchase must be returned to us in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. Failure to return the free gifts may result in a partial refund.
What happens if I want to return beyond the deadline?
We also cannot accept returns after 3 days as our system will automatically refuse the package and USPS will return the package back to the original sender.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
